Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana copycat | ketostyle | IP
(sausage and kale soup)

14oz Sausage of your choice (low carb)
1 Zucchini slice into 1/4 inch slices
1/2 onion diced
1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)
1 garlic clove, mince
2-3 cups Kale or Swiss Chard Chopped
32 oz Chicken Broth
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup water (to your taste)

Directions
Saute Mode
Chop/slice sausage into pieces (size up to you)
Brown sausage, onion and garlic in Pot

Add chicken broth to pot
Add Zucchini
Cook in IP for 8 mins on Soup Mode

Turn IP on Sauté mode for 10 mins
Add Salt/Pepper to taste
Add Kale and Heavy Whipping Cream

Serve
