Shakshouka is an authentic Saudi Arabian breakfast cuisine….
Here is what you will need….
Eggs – 3
Onion chopped – 1 big size
Tomato chopped – 1 big size
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Coriander – 1 tbsp
Black pepper –1/2 tsp + A pinch
Salt- As per taste
1. Add oil in hot pan and add chopped garlic. Saute for some seconds.
2. Add chopped onion and saute until soft.
3. Add Tomato and again saute the mixture until soft.
4. Add pepper, salt and coriander. Mix well.
5. Carefully break 3 eggs in pan one by one.
6. DO NOT TOUCH THE YOLK.
7. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the top of eggs.
8. Cover with lid and let it cook in steam for 3-4 minutes.
9. Garnish with coriander. Serve with flat bread in breakfast.
