OLIVE GARDEN ZUPPA TOSCANA SOUP RECIPE – COPYCAT RECIPE

One of my favorite meal at Olive Garden is the Zuppa Toscana Soup and salad! I wanted to challenge myself to make a #KetoCopyCatRecipe that loses the carbs but not the flavor
MACROS DOWN BELOW!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound of Hot Italian Sausage
  • ½ Medium size Onion (chopped)
  • Seasonings of choice
    Cayenne Pepper to taste (Don’t add if you do not like spicy)
  • Onion Powder to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 32 oz of your favorite broth (I used better than bouillon veggie broth)
  • 12 oz Fresh or Frozen Cauliflower
  • 4 cups of Greens (I used a baby Spinach and Kale mix)
  • ¾ cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Parmesan Cheese to garnish (2 tsp per serving)

Makes 5 large servings
