For as long as I can remember, my mom’s quiche recipe has been a part of our Christmas mornings and our ultimate family comfort food. I adapted her recipe and made it a keto recipe!

The “secret” ingredient to replace the bread is cauliflower rice. The flavor enhancers she used (dry sherry, cayenne pepper, ground mustard seed) really enhance the flavors of the cheese & egg. I replaced the original amount of worchestershipre sauce (not a keto ingredient) with the equivalent amount of Braggs Liquid Aminos.
