This is my favorite variation of a Keto and Dairy Free Ranch Dressing Recipe!
-1/3 cup unsweetened boxed coconut milk
-1 tsp apple cider vinegar
-1 cup avocado-oil mayo
-2 tsp garlic
-2 TBSP chopped parsley
-3 TBSP chopped green onions
-1 tsp white wine vinegar
-1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
-1 tsp black pepper (to taste)
1. Mix the coconut milk and apple cider vinegar and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes.
2. While that is sitting, prepare and mix together remaining ingredients.
3. Combine the coconut milk mixture to the remaining mixed ingredients.
Makes 12 servings. (1/8 cup each)
