Ketosis has so many wonderful health benefits, it a high fat(good fats like avocado, coconut oil, nuts & seeds, some protein, & low carb diet.
This diet deprives the body of carbohydrates, and forces the body to use the stored up fat for energy. It turns on fat burning mode known as ketosis. It has helped people who have epilepsy and so many other conditions.
