BREAKFAST MEATLOAF CASSEROLE – LOW CARB

How to: Keto/low car breakfast meatloaf casserole

You will need
-6 eggs
-A cup of shredded cheese
-A half a yellow onion diced
-A pound of breakfast sausage
-4oz of cream cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix up the eggs. Then add the 2oz of cream cheese. Once mixed add the onion, sausage and cheese.
3. Pour into greased casserole dish.
4. Bake for 30 min
5. Let rest for 5 min, if there is any grease on top just skim it off then spread rest of the cream cheese on top.
6. Bake for another 5 min and then rest again for 5 min.
7. Serve and enjoy
