How To Make A Low Carb Snack: Delicious Lemon Cheesecake Fat Bombs

4 TBSP Coconut Oil
4 TBSP Heavy Cream
2TBSP Butter (unsalted)
2 OZ Cream Cheese
1/4 CUP of Monk Fruit
1/2 Lemon or Lime + Zest (Optional)
10 drops Stevia
1TSP of Vanilla Extract

1. Combine Coconut Oil, Butter, Heavy Cream, and Cream Cheese. You can use either a mixer or mix the mixture by hand.
2. Add Lemon, Monkfruit, Stevia, and Vanilla.
3. Taste test to determine if additional sweetener is required
4. Pour mixture into a mold and place into the freezer
5. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid
