🔸2 scoops Snickerdoodle #SelectProtein
🔸1 15oz can pumpkin purée
🔸1 cup (90g) oat flour
🔸1/2 cup (56g) almond meal
🔸1 egg 🔸1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
🔸1/4 cup sugar free syrup or almond/cashew milk
🔸1/3 cup baking stevia or Splenda
🔸1 tsp baking powder
🔸1/2 tsp baking soda
🔸1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
🔸1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🔸pinch salt 
Mix together all ingredients until completely combined. Then spread (it’s thick) into a sprayed baking dish. Bake at 350*f for 30-35 minutes, or until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean.
