1 cucumber, sliced (I used English cucumber)
1 tomato, diced
½ red onion, diced
2 avocados, diced
¼ c cilantro, chopped
¼ c olive oil
2 T lemon juice (or the juice from one lemon…ok to sub for limes too)
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ t red pepper flakes
1 t oregano
1 t salt

Mix everything together.
