Chocolate Truffles recipe. Very easy and tasty.
Perfect low carb keto dessert or fat bomb.
1/2 cup (120 ml) of heavy cream
4 oz (110g) of dark chocolate (something bitter!)
2 tbsp. (30g) of unsalted butter
1/2 cup (100g) of granular erythritol (give a satisfying crunch)
Pour heavy cream in a double boiler.
While it get’s hot cut the chocolate into small pieces, and add it to the hot cream.
Mix well until melted.
Turn off the heat and mix in the butter.
Add erythritol and mix well.
Refrigerate for about a 1 hour (check on periodically and stir in the escaping butter until it’s nicely incorporated into the mix).
Scoop mixture with a spoon and make balls of the desired size with your hands.
Try not to make a mess. Wear gloves if necessary.
Sprinkle truffles with salt flakes and you are done!
Makes about 10 truffles (depending on size):
