1 bag of Cauliflower Or 1 head ran through processor
18 large raw shrimp (if you are prepping for 3 days like i did that’s 6 shrimps per serving) FOR EACH MEAL
1/2 cup of sweet red and green bell peppers minced
1/2 cup of thinly sliced red onion or yellow
spinach (to taste)
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive Oil.
spices for The Fried rice
1/ 4 tsp EACH pink sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, vegetables bouillon ( I used my own blend Just Make Sure Its Low Sodium No Msg added)
